Charles Hamilton & Girlfriend Apologize For Battle Brawl

Rapper Charles Hamilton and his girlfriend, Briana Latrisse, have come out of their corners with apologies over a rap battle turned physical.
The trouble started last week with video footage showing Hamilton and Latrisse engaged in a heated verbal battle.
Latrisse spit a few seemingly heartfelt bars of poetry about her apparent rocky relationship with the rapper.
Hamilton responded with sharp barbs about having unprotected sex with Latrisse that resulted in an alleged abortion.
Obviously incensed by his choice of content, Latrisse cut the rapper's rhyme off with a well-placed right hook to his noggin.
The clip quickly spread all over the 'net, with gossip and hip hop site commenters debating the complexities of domestic violence.
Not to be outdone or overshadowed by the video, both Hamilton and Latrisse have returned to offer their apologies for the incident
"Apparently people got it twisted," Hamilton stated after hugging his woman. "I apologize honestly for putting some things out there that shouldn't have been out there. I understand it; it was the heat of the moment and I didn't get the chance to really talk to you about it. I just wanted to tell you I apologize because I know what I shouldn't have said."
Latrisse then took the mic to offer her apology, saying they have learned to keep their personal matters private.
